Through our patent-pending series of algorithms, footPRINT is the only provider in Canada that can actively manage your devices and ship your next toner cartridge two weeks before your current supply runs out. This ensures your new toner is there when you need it – while also ensuring you don’t have unnecessary inventory stored at your office. We’ll also solve any frustration you may have around servicing your printers. Utilizing our proprietary technology, footPRINT is able to proactively manage all of your network printers. In fact, our helpdesk technicians will often call you before you know of the issue. We’ll identify a pending service issue on your machine, and schedule an onsite visit if required. And when you do need to place an emergency service call (yes, this will still happen), we’ll be there with a trained technician to quickly triage the call. We may even help fix that print over the phone to get you back up and running, without the needed delay of waiting for the technician to show up 4 hours later.
